Now we’re excited to announce the launch of a new series of recipes that introduces creative ways you can use our tasty treats to enhance delicious desserts. “Nunbelievable Recipes” is the new playlist on our Youtube channel, where we are spotlighting imaginative ideas from some of our favorite bakers. First up is a delicious recipe for eggnog milkshakes fromAlison Mahoney, aka The Singing Baker. Yes, she sings — and sometimes dances — while she bakes!
This “incredible riff on a classic,” as Alison calls it, combines the sweet and creamy holiday favorite with our chewy, handcrafted oatmeal raisin cookies. “These cookies are loaded with flavor,” she promises, adding that they give an extra boost to“a delicious dessert that has a little bit of spirit and really evokes the season — and you’ve donated meals to someone in need. It doesn’t get better than that.”

4 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Cup Eggnog
1 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup Coarsely Crushed Nunbelievable Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Sugar
Pour the heavy whipping cream and sugar into the cold bowl of a mixer and mix on high until firm peaks form.
Meanwhile, place the ice cream, eggnog, spiced rum, vanilla, and gingersnap cookie crumbs into a blender and blend until smooth.
Set the whipped cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Fill the cups with the milkshake mixture, and top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and cookie crumbs.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
