Brownies may not be the kind of snack you would associate with a keto-friendly diet, but here at Nunbelievable we love a challenge. This recipe uses low-sugar and sugar-free ingredients, including our low-carb, keto-friendly cookies, so it’s perfect for those watching their weight — but also tasty enough that you wouldn't know they’re guilt-free!
We teamed up with keto-friendly baking aficionado Deedee to come up with this special treat. These brownies are rich and fudgy — and topped with crumbled Nunbelievable low-carb chocolate chip cookies they make the ultimate decadent-tasting dessert.
The bonus with our recipes is that for every package of Nunbelievable cookies you buy, we donate a meal to one of our partner food banks and soup kitchens. So enjoying these brownies actually helps in the fight against hunger! Order our cookies here.
