Brownies may not be the kind of snack you would associate with a keto-friendly diet, but here at Nunbelievable we love a challenge. This recipe uses low-sugar and sugar-free ingredients, including our low-carb, keto-friendly cookies, so it’s perfect for those watching their weight — but also tasty enough that you wouldn't know they’re guilt-free!
We teamed up with keto-friendly baking aficionado Deedee LAST NAME? to come up with this special treat. These brownies are rich and fudgy — and topped with crumbled Nunbelievable low-carb chocolate chip cookies they make the ultimate decadent-tasting dessert.

1/2 C Unsalted butter, melted & hot
1 C Granulated sweetener
1 TBSP Olive or Coconut oil
2 Eggs, room temp
2 TSP Vanilla extract
1/2 C Almond Flour
1/2 C Unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 C Chocolate chips, optional
1 pack of Pecan Sandy
Whisk butter & sweetener really well, until combined.
Add in eggs and beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until completely combined.
Add in all other ingredients and stir together with a rubber spatula or spoon until just combined.
Be careful not to over mix!!
Bake in an 8x8 parchment lined pan at 350 for about 17-22 minutes, depending on your oven.
Add toppings such as Nunbelievable cookies.
