What’s better than enjoying one Nunbelievable cookie? How about two Nunbelievable cookies — with a creamy filling in between?!
Our latest Nunbelievable Recipe is an absolutely indulgent cookies ’n cream chipwich that you can whip up in just a few minutes. “It’s going to be gigantic — so be warned,” jokes Alison Mahoney, aka The Singing Baker, in her latest confectionary tutorial for our YouTube channel. “The cold of the ice cream, [and] the crunch of the cookies, it’s nostalgic and delicious,” Alison promises with her typical passion.
These sumptuous treats can be made with our chocolate chip, peanut butter, or double chocolate gluten free cookies, along with the ice cream flavor and toppings (chocolate chips, sprinkles, candies, etc.) of your choice. And remember that by using two cookies for each chipwich you are doubling your impact in our fight against hunger. 6 Nunbelievable Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
Decorations of your choice:
Mini Chocolate Chips
Thaw vanilla ice cream and smooth out onto a parchment lined 9x9 pan, and place it back into the freezer to re-freeze. (About an hour)
Place the disks of ice cream between two cookies and roll the sides in mini chocolate chips or sprinkles.
Serve immediately, or wrap in parchment and freeze for up to 1 month.
